Agreement
By installing or using the Redira app (“Service”) provided by VECOM LAB LIMITED (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these terms.
Use of the Service
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service or any part of it with reasonable notice where practicable, except where immediate action is required for security or legal reasons.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for: (a) the redirects you create and the destinations to which they point; (b) ensuring that your use of redirects and the Service complies with applicable law and third-party terms (including Shopify’s); (c) maintaining the security of your Shopify account and any credentials used to access the Service. We are not responsible for the content or legality of destinations you link to via redirects.
Acceptable use
You must not use the Service to violate any law, infringe others’ rights, distribute malware, or engage in fraud or abuse. You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, overload, or compromise the Service or our systems. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have breached these terms or acceptable use.
Availability
We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee specific uptime or performance levels. Availability may be affected by maintenance, third-party services (including Shopify), or events outside our control.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law: (a) the Service is provided for informational and analytics purposes; (b) we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or profits; (c) our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim (or one hundred pounds (GBP 100) if no such amount applies). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in such cases our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and use data. By using the Service, you consent to that processing.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the updated terms on this page and, where appropriate, notify you via the app or email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service and uninstall the app.
